The Partner plan is for agencies and resellers that run voice agents for their clients and sell them under their own brand. You open a separate account for each client in the panel, pay for all of them from one balance at a wholesale rate, and the client sees your name, logo and colours instead of ours.

Price and what’s included

The annual discount applies to the subscription only. The 0.35 PLN wholesale rate is fixed: neither annual billing nor volume changes it. You switch to the plan yourself on the Billing page, like any other paid plan. Balance, top-up and plan-change rules are the same for every plan, see Billing and pricing. On the Partner plan an Agency item appears in the sidebar. Other plans do not have it.

How a client account works

A client account is a separate account, not a tab inside the Agency panel. It has no subscription and no balance of its own:
  • Billing - the client’s calls, SMS and numbers come out of the agency’s balance at your rates. Calls in the agency’s transaction history are tagged with the client’s name, and the Agency panel shows how much each client spent in the current month.
  • Features - a client account has Business features for as long as your organization is on the Partner plan. When you stop paying for Partner, client accounts drop to Free features, the Agency panel disappears and the panel goes back to the BrosBots look.
  • Resale price - what you charge that client per minute. Reporting only: the platform never bills your client, you invoice them yourself. The panel turns it into revenue (minutes times the resale price) and margin (revenue minus everything the client used from the balance).
  • Channel - a client account always has one channel, that is one outbound call at a time. Extra channels cannot be bought on a client account.

The client’s package

When you open the account (and later with Edit in the client’s menu) you set:
  • Client name - what the account is listed under in the account switcher and in the list.
  • Minute package per month - optional.
  • Monthly spend limit in PLN - optional. It protects the balance all your clients draw on.
  • Agent limit - how many active agents the client may have at once. Archived ones do not count. Creating, copying or restoring an agent past the limit is refused with a message.
  • Outbound calls on the agency’s verification - see below.
An empty field means no limit. The minute package and the PLN limit count from the start of the calendar month. The client’s calls stop when whichever runs out first is used up. Numbers and SMS do not eat into the minute package, but they do count towards the PLN limit.

How many accounts and what they cost

5 client accounts come with the subscription. Each additional one costs 199 PLN a month from the balance:
  • when you open an account past the fifth, a charge prorated to the end of the current client-account period comes off (the first paid account opens that period and pays a full 30 days),
  • after that, every 30 days, 199 PLN comes off for each account past the fifth.
The panel warns you about the extra charge before you open a paid account. A removed account stops counting at once, so the next renewal is lower. If the balance cannot cover a renewal, no client account is removed: the balance goes below zero and calls stop as they do on any empty balance, until you top it up.

Access to client accounts

Your team

Every owner and administrator of your agency can get into every client account, not only the person who opened it. The role carries over from the agency: Access comes from membership of the agency team and is checked on every request. A new employee only needs an invitation to the agency team, and removing someone from the team, or changing their role to viewer, closes every client account to them at once. Everything they do in a client account is recorded under their own user. The Agency panel (opening, editing, pausing and removing clients, the brand) is run by owners and administrators. A viewer can only look at it. Topping up the balance and changing the plan belong to the owner, as on every account. Roles are described in Team and invitations.

Getting into a client account

  1. Press Open on the client’s row in the Agency panel, or pick the account in the switcher above the navigation.
  2. Build the agent as you would in your own account: a template, a number, integrations. Usage comes out of the agency balance.

Access for the client

When the client should sign in themselves, press Access on their row and enter their e-mail address. The client does not need an account first:
  • they get an invitation e-mail under your brand name, with a link valid for 7 days,
  • if the address already has an account, they sign in and land in their account straight away,
  • if not, they only set a name and a password and land straight in their account, with no wizard and no empty account of their own,
  • they become the owner of the client account.
The link only works for the invited address. It points to the main panel address, not to your domain. If e-mail sending is not configured, the invitation is still saved, and you find the link on the Team tab after switching to the client account. That is also where you resend or revoke it. On the client account’s Team tab your agency shows as a read-only group. The client cannot remove it or any of its people from the account. The client invites and removes their own staff themselves.

The client’s outbound calls

Outbound calls need a verified company. For each client account you pick one of two routes:
  • On the agency’s verification - the client dials on your approved verification. You answer for its calls as you do for your own. If your verification is revoked, the client stops dialling too.
  • The client’s own verification - the client fills in the verification form in its own account, like any other company.
The Outbound column in the Agency panel shows the status that actually decides that client’s calls.

Pausing and removing a client

  • Pause stops the client’s agents from talking, inbound, outbound and in the widget, without touching its agents, numbers or settings. An inbound call then goes where it goes on an empty balance: to the fallback number or to an announcement. Resume brings everything back at once. Useful when a client has stopped paying you.
  • Remove closes the account for good. Calls stop at once, numbers go back to the carrier, and the account leaves the list in the Agency panel and the count of accounts in your subscription. For 30 days the account is still reachable from the account switcher so you can download recordings and data, then we delete it for good. You confirm by typing the client’s name. This cannot be undone.

What the client sees in billing

The client does not see the agency’s money. The Billing page of a client account says the account is billed by your agency and shows its package for the current month: minutes used, minutes left, when the package renews (on the first day of the next month), whether the account is paused and how many agents it may have. There is no agency balance, auto top-up, card, subscription state, plan list, price list or transaction history, and the billing portal is blocked. On the Usage tab the client sees minutes and call time, with no amounts and no wholesale rate. When the agency balance cannot cover a number, the client is asked to contact their provider, with no amounts.

Your own brand

In the Agency panel, under Your brand, you set the name and logo shown on your own account and on your client accounts instead of ours, and the panel look:
  • Accent - buttons, the active menu item, links.
  • Sidebar - can be dark even in the light theme.
  • App background and cards and dialogs.
  • Corner radius, font (from a list of over a dozen, served from our own server, so your clients’ IP addresses are not sent to Google) and favicon.
Colours are set separately for the light and the dark theme. Fields left on “auto” are worked out for you, and the dark theme is generated from the light one if you do not design it. Text colours are chosen by contrast, so a yellow sidebar gets dark labels and a navy one light labels. Status colours (red error, green success) stay as they are. Panel mode decides whether the client switches between light and dark themselves (the default) or the panel stays in one of them. With “light only” or “dark only” the switch leaves the user menu, and the panel and the sign-in screen always open in the chosen mode. Take it from my website. Enter your website and press Analyse. We read your brand colour (theme-color, your theme’s palette, e.g. from Kadence, Elementor or Astra, CSS variables, button colour or the logo), a dark header as the sidebar, background, font, corner radius, logo, favicon and name. You get a proposal that says where each colour came from; apply all of it or just the colours, and adjust by hand. Nothing is saved on its own. Some sites block automated reads; set the colours by hand there. The On the whole panel switch shows the look you are editing across the whole app before you save it. Mascots. On a panel under your brand our Broski robots are hidden: agents without a picture of their own wear your logo (until you add one, initials in your accent colour), the help assistant gets an icon, and pages and the sign-in screen go without the mascot artwork. To keep them, turn on Show the BrosBots mascots. The brand follows the account: a client account wears your brand at once, even on our address. Your own panel address (below) is what makes the sign-in screen look like yours too. Transactional e-mails (apart from the name in the invitation), the documentation and the badge on the widget do not change with the brand.

Your own panel address

The panel can live at one of two addresses. One works at a time: saving a subdomain replaces your own domain and the other way round. Both are included in the Partner plan.

Free subdomain

If you see the Free address with us field under Your brand, type a name in it, say youragency. The panel answers at youragency.<the suffix shown next to the field> straight away, with no DNS to set up. The name is 3 to 40 characters: lowercase letters without accents, digits and hyphens (not at the start or the end). Some names are reserved, e.g. app, api, www, admin, docs, login. An address taken by another account gets an error message.

Your own domain

  1. In your domain’s DNS add a CNAME record from the subdomain you want, e.g. panel.youragency.com, to the address shown in the panel under the Your domain field.
  2. Enter that domain in the Your domain field and save. You may paste it with https://, but without a path or a port.
  3. Open it. The HTTPS certificate is issued automatically on the first visit; there is nothing to configure.
You can move the panel to a different domain later, also at no charge. A domain can belong to one account only. Certificates are only ever issued for addresses saved in the panel. A hostname that belongs to no account is refused, so nobody can have a certificate issued on our server by pointing DNS at it.

Limits at a glance

  • A client account cannot open client accounts of its own: there is one level.
  • A client account has one outbound channel, with nothing to buy on top.
  • Client limits (minutes, PLN, agents) are optional; without them the client draws on the agency balance without a cap.
  • Client calls and SMS are priced at your plan’s rates, because the agency balance pays for them.
