What you see

The Calendar page (the Observe section) shows two kinds of calendar in one view:
  • the organization’s own calendars - you create them in the panel and enter appointments by hand, with no account to connect,
  • connected calendars - Google and Outlook and Cal.com, read live, including the appointments your agents booked.
Above the month grid there is a bar with the name of every calendar. Click one to hide it or show it again, so you can see, say, just one room. The Kanban view arranges the same events in columns by status.

Your own calendar

Click Calendars -> Add calendar. You set: Calendars are shared by the whole organization: everyone with access to it sees and edits them. Deleting a calendar deletes its events too.

Events

New event in the header, or Add next to a selected day, opens the form: title, calendar, status (confirmed, pending, cancelled), the date and times or All day, an attendee with phone and e-mail, a place or online meeting link, and a note. An all-day event can span several days: To (inclusive) is the last day, the way you would say “Monday to Wednesday”. Times always refer to the calendar’s zone, not the zone of whoever types them. Clicking one of your own events opens it for editing. Appointments from connected calendars are read-only; change them in Google, Outlook or Cal.com.

The agent books into your calendar

A voice agent can fill a panel calendar too. In Integrations add Panel calendar, pick the calendar and the hours it may book, then turn on Schedule meeting in the agent editor. Appointments booked during a call show up here next to the ones typed in by hand, with the caller’s phone number. Details: Panel calendar.

On the Overview

The Overview page has two calendar widgets: Upcoming appointments (the next two weeks from every calendar) and Month calendar. How to add and arrange them is described in Overview.
